MiMentor Coaches Club: The Centre Circle

Coach development doesn’t happen in isolation, the best coaches learn through conversation, reflection, shared experience, as well as through CPD courses.

And that is what sits at the heart of MiMentor Coaches Club: The Centre Circle, a new coaching community designed to support coaches at every level of the game.

The Centre Circle is open to coaches who have an active MiMentor subscription or who have purchased a premium coaching CPD course on the platform.

It represents the next step in MiMentor’s evolution: moving from content alone to a connected learning experience built around people, discussion, and ongoing development.

What Is The Centre Circle?

The Centre Circle is a coaching members group hosted within MiMentor’s new MiGroups feature - a social media-style tool built directly into the MiMentor Coaching Platform, which is currently used within Premier League academy and grassroots clubs alike.

MiGroups allows coaches to post, comment, share resources, and engage in discussions in a familiar, feed-based environment. Unlike external social platforms, everything is focused on coaching development, with conversations sitting alongside courses, learning pathways, and resources all in one place.

The Centre Circle is the premium version of this experience, bringing together committed coaches who want to go deeper, ask better questions, and learn collaboratively.

What Coaches Gain Inside The Centre Circle

Members of The Centre Circle benefit from far more than a discussion space.

Key features include:

  • Exclusive bi-monthly coaching webinars, led by MiMentor Coach Experts
  • Opportunities to ask questions and gain practical advice
  • Ongoing coaching discussions around real challenges and scenarios
  • A global network of like-minded coaches, from grassroots to elite
  • Access to competitions, offers, and member-only opportunities, with more benefits added over time

This is CPD designed to live beyond a single course, supporting coaches throughout the season, not just at the point of purchase.

Why Community Matters in Coach Development

Learning sticks when coaches can talk about it, challenge ideas, and reflect together. The Centre Circle provides a safe, focused space for that process, helping coaches bridge the gap between theory and practice.

By combining structured learning with conversation and connection, MiMentor is creating an environment where development is continuous, relevant, and applied.
