Ben Garner is our Global Coaching Mentor

Ben is a world-renowned coach who has been successful at both Academy and First Team levels and also has a proven track record in developing elite young players.

In March 2023, Ben was appointed head coach of English Football League club, Colchester United, following spells as boss at fellow EFL sides Bristol Rovers, Swindon Town and Charlton Athletic. 

Ben also has also coached at both Crystal Palace and West Bromwich Albion, helping them to achieve top 10 Premier League finishes.

He has also worked in the Indian Super League with ATK FC guiding them to the semi-finals of the Indian Super Cup in 2019.
