Jack Cassidy is the Senior PDP Coach and Pathways Manager at Cambridge United's Academy and joined up with the MiMentor Coaches Coffee Club

Jack talked to Ross Embleton about his favourite coaching session, focused on individual and unit defending.

Jack has used these practices with both Cambridge, and during his time working at clubs in England and abroad.

They discuss each of thepractices within the session, the key coaching points and how the practices can be adapted to be used by coaches working at all levels of the game, from grassroots youth, through to the elite game.
