Coaches Coffee Club: Jack Cassidy

In this edition of the MiMentor Coaches Coffee Club, James catches up with Jack Cassidy, Cambridge United Football Club's Senior PDP Coach and Pathways Manager.

Jack talks about his reasons for moving into a career in coaching, which has taken him from Luton to his current role with Cambridge's U21s team, via stints coaching in Sweden and the United Arab Emirates.

He talks about some of the key moments along the way that have helped to shape him as a coach as well as highlights some of the important traits he believes high-quality coaches should possess.

Jack also shares his advice for young coaches just starting out in the game, who have ambitions to progress into professional or elite level.
